Who We Are
We are a family run business with expert knowledge in civil groundwork, fabrication & welding and a network of specialists in their field. Here at Coral Engineering we recognise the importance of demonstrating to our clients that we clearly understand the scope of the project and can articulate precisely how we propose to undertake the work. Coral Engineering have a robust management process to ensure the project is delivered successfully and to our clients standards and expectations.
Our Aim
It is important to have highly motivated team who feel empowered to deliver the required quality outputs on a contract of this nature. The bringing together of groups of people requires a management skill unique to formalising the complexities associated with working relationships. We expect our managers to be intimately involved with the service delivery and to fully understand and affirm our integrity in dealing with your requirements.
Safety, Environmental & Quality
As part of our Safety Management System we have a formal documented procedure for the development of both task specific and generic Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) based upon the main aspects of a task associated with people, plant, equipment, materials and the work environment. The RAMS provide a step-by-step method of carrying out the task with due regards for the associated hazards. Under our duties we aim to Eliminate, Reduce, Isolate or Control all risks within the project. By identifying the risks at an early stage provides us with more opportunity to Eliminate the risks, which is always the preferred option. As a valued customer, our aim is to enhance our reputation by delighting all customers and stakeholders involved in the project complying with our Quality Management system.
